Deleting your personal information
Please contact us in writing to request that your personal information be deleted from our database. We aim to comply with your request within 5 working days so long as your personal information is not held or required for compliance with a legal obligation or requirement, nor detrimental to a legal case or law.

In the unlikely event of a serious data breach, we will endeavour to alert all affected within 72 hours after we become aware of the full details of the data breach.
Our commitment to children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect or store personal information on the site from persons under 18 years of age. Protecting a child's privacy is of special importance to us.
